Raymond J. Keegan
Raymond J. Keegan is an active trial lawyer and is board certified in civil trial advocacy by the National Board of Trial Advocacy. He has been admitted as a fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers, an organization whose membership is limited by invitation only. Ray has served as chairperson of the Westchester County Bar Trial Lawyers Committee and has lectured on the subject of trial practice before many lawyers’ groups and bar associations. |

John W. Keegan, Jr.
John is board certified in civil trial advocacy by the National Board of Trial Advocacy. John is chairperson of the Lawyers’ Assistance Committee. He serves on the Westchester County Bar Association Judiciary Committee, which is charged with the responsibility of passing on the qualifications of judicial candidates. John is an active trial lawyer with a strong record of success and accomplishment in handling a broad range of litigation, including occurrences that are purely financial, whether caused through business transactions or poor legal representation. |

Jeffrey J. Keegan
Jeffrey has been recognized by the Westchester/Putnam Legal Services office for his pro bono legal assistance. Through his membership in New York State Trial Lawyers Association, he has represented the family of a September 11 victim without compensation. Jeff is an active trial lawyer who leads the firm in computer technology. Our law library is accessible by computer at anytime outside the office. Jeff has branched out into other fields as well so that we may better serve our litigation clients in the field of estates and trusts, real estate, general commercial and other matters. |

Barry R. Strutt
Barry Strutt reflects his partners’ zeal for service to our clients and the broader community in his past pro bono representation of September 11 victims and by serving as a Board of Director Member for John Jay Legal Services at Pace Law School. Barry is a former federal law clerk, a position reserved for those with special knowledge and skill in understanding the law. An accomplished trial and appellate lawyer, Barry has helped the firm preserve and expand the legal rights of injured persons throughout the state of New York. Barry is a teacher, lecturer, and author of many articles involving the practice of law. |
