John W. Keegan, Jr
John is an active trial lawyer with a strong record of success and accomplishment in handling a broad range of litigation including victims in personal injury, products liability and medical malpractice. A graduate of IONA College and the University of Bridgeport School of Law, John has earned the highest national rating for lawyers awarded by Martindale-Hubbell.
John has lectured on behalf of the New York State Trial Lawyers’ Association and served on the Westchester County Judiciary Screen Committee. The Committee is charged with the important responsibility of passing on qualifications of judicial candidates. John has also been the chairman of the Westchester Lawyers’ Assistance Committee and remains active within that organization. |

Barry R. Strutt
After graduating law school from the City University of New York at Queens College, Mr. Strutt was selected to serve in the prestigious position of federal law clerk to the Hon. Richard A. Enslen, currently Chief Judge for the Western District of Michigan, Southern division. Mr. Strutt honed his skills as an appeals court litigator by being selected as one of eight attorneys to represent indigent clients at the Office of the Appellate Defender.
Barry is admitted to practice in the state and federal courts of New York and Michigan as well as in the United States Supreme Court. Appeals courts frequently overturn plaintiff verdicts. Mr. Strutt, however, has not only successfully preserved the compensation awarded to victims of negligence in countless situations, his appellate victories have often expanded their rights to sue and ultimately recover.
Barry is also an active trial attorney and has been selected to participate as a guest lecturer at the Trial Lawyers Committee of the Westchester Bar and has taught legal research at Westchester Community College. Barry has also been an adjunct professor and mentor at Empire State College in the areas of civil rights and legal ethics. Barry too has earned the highest national rating for lawyers awarded by Martindale-Hubbell. |

Rebecca L. Weinstein
Rebecca, a graduate of Emory University School of Law, is admitted to practice law in the Courts of the State of New York, in the United States District Court, Southern and Eastern Districts, and in the United States Supreme Court. She is a member of the New York State Bar Association, the New York State Trial Lawyers Association and the Association of the Bar of the City of New York.
Rebecca practiced law with prominent civil litigation firms in New York City for many years, focusing on plaintiffs’ personal injury cases and medical issues. She has been affiliated with Keegan, Keegan & Strutt for over a decade, concentrating on medical malpractice claims involving physician and nursing errors in hospitals, nursing homes and private health care settings. Her long-standing experience in the medical/legal arena enables her to make prompt determinations of the merits of potential malpractice claims and to prosecute meritorious claims in an expeditious manner. She has successfully argued malpractice issues before the Court of Appeals of the State of New York. As an advocate of patients’ rights, Rebecca has instituted numerous lawsuits recovering substantial sums against medical providers found to be responsible for the most disabling kinds of neurological, orthopedic and obstetrical injuries or death. |
